Two Cents vs Marker.io
Marker.io is a QA tool. Your team and your clients test a site, mark up the page and send each issue to Jira or Linear. Two Cents is for the people already using the site. They get a small button, and you get one inbox, with the page, the browser, the console errors and the failed requests attached to what they write. It is priced by the site and has a free plan.
Free plan · no card · 25 messages a month · hosted in France · no trackers
What changes
Marker.io's Starter plan includes 5,000 page views a month. Its help centre says that on a public site every visitor session counts toward that limit, even when the visitor never touches the widget, and it advises showing the widget to your team only.
Two Cents counts sites. A busy site costs the same as a quiet one, and paid plans never count messages.

Every Two Cents bug report comes with the errors from the browser's console and the requests that failed, on every plan.
Marker.io records console logs and network requests from its Team plan, at $199 a month, or $149 billed yearly.

Marker.io has a 15-day trial and no free plan. Two Cents is free for one site, with 25 messages to read every month and no end date.
The free plan has the screenshots, the console errors and your own questions. Paying adds sites, instant email, Slack and Discord, and lets the “Powered by” line go.

The Two Cents widget speaks 5 languages and picks the one the visitor's browser asks for.
Marker.io's widget is in English. You can rename its field labels one by one, and a beta translates reports into your team's language, but the widget doesn't switch for the visitor.

Marker.io's column comes from its own website and help centre, read on October 14, 2026, with its monthly prices in US dollars. “Not stated” means I couldn't find it there. It may still exist. Two Cents' prices exclude sales tax and VAT, which are added only where they apply.

In fairness
A Marker.io reporter marks up the page before sending, and from the Team plan a replay shows what they did before the bug.
Two Cents sends the screenshot as it is, with the page, the browser, the console errors and the failed requests beside it.
Each report becomes a ticket in Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp, Asana or GitHub, and from the Team plan its status syncs both ways.
Two Cents posts to Slack and Discord and exports CSV and JSON. It doesn't create tickets.
Starter has 3 users and 10 guests, Team 15 and 50, and reporters are free.
Two Cents has one login per account. Your team and your clients follow along in Slack or Discord, one channel per site.
Marker.io has a SOC 2 Type II report, and its Business plan adds SSO, audit logs, admin roles and masking of sensitive data.
Two Cents has none of these. Its widget sets no cookies and stores nothing on the visitor's device.
Getting started
Add your site's address. There's no card to enter and no trial to run out.
<script src="https://twocentsbox.com/twocents.js" data-twocents="pk_your_key" defer></script>It lands in your inbox with the page, the browser and the screen size. Add your own questions later, on the pages you wonder about.
There's no import, so your Marker.io issues stay in Marker.io. If your team tests a staging site with it, keep doing that and put Two Cents on the live site. On a site that runs both, show Marker.io to your team only, which is what its help centre advises for live sites, and Two Cents to everyone else.
Questions
For hearing from the visitors of a live site, yes. For testing a site with your team and your clients before launch, marking up pages and turning each remark into a Jira ticket, no. Marker.io does that, and Two Cents doesn't try to.
Marker.io's plans include page views: 5,000 a month on Starter and 25,000 on Team. Its help centre says every visitor session on a public site counts toward that limit, and it names a widget open on a high-traffic public site as a reason for a custom plan. Two Cents doesn't count page views or visitors, so traffic never changes the price.
In US dollars and paid monthly, yes, on every plan. Two Cents asks $15, $30, $55 and $95 a month for three, seven, fifteen and thirty-one sites. Marker.io's Starter is $59 for 10 projects and Team $199 for 50. Paid yearly there is one exception. Starter comes to $39 a month, against $46 for the fifteen-site Two Cents plan, so for eight to ten sites Marker.io costs less, as long as they stay under 5,000 page views a month in total.
Yes. Show Marker.io to your team only, which its help centre advises for a live site anyway, and Two Cents to your visitors. If you'd rather not show a second button at all, put Two Cents in stealth mode: it opens only from the question links you place.
Yes, for one site. You read 25 messages a month, every month, with screenshots, console errors, failed requests and your own questions. Messages past that are kept, and you can read them once you upgrade.
Yes, without a login of their own. There's one login per account, and it's yours: you work through the inbox. On a paid plan each site can post every message to its own Slack or Discord channel, and that channel can be in your client's workspace. They see what their visitors send as it arrives, and your team can follow along the same way. Any view of the inbox also exports as CSV or JSON.
Two Cents keeps it on servers in France and is run from Belgium. Marker.io is hosted on AWS in Ireland, so both keep your data in the EU. The difference is on the visitor's side. The Two Cents widget sets no cookies, stores nothing on their device and makes no request to anyone else, so it adds nothing to your cookie banner.
Sites beyond the free plan are paused, never deleted. Everything they collected stays readable, and you can export it as CSV or JSON.
