Inside a logged-in app, add one line that tells Two Cents who is signed in. Every message then arrives with their name and an address you can reply to, without asking the customer to type either. Whatever else you pass along comes too: their plan, their role, their workspace.

It lets visitors tell you what is wrong or missing without leaving the page. Two Cents does it as one small widget: a button on your site that opens a short form, and every message reaches you with the page, browser and device attached. It collects what your visitors say, not review comments from your own team.
A project is one product with everything that collects feedback for it. That can be a website, an iOS app, an Android app, or a mix, all three included. It all lands in one inbox, which you can filter by where each message came from. The free plan gives a project one place, a website or an app. A paid plan gives it up to three, enough for a website and both apps.
A bug, an idea, a question, a review with a star rating, or an answer to something you asked on that page. Always in the visitor's own words: there is no multiple choice and no scale.
