Pricing
The free plan gives you 1 project and 25 messages a month to read, with no card and no countdown. Pro is priced by how many projects the widget runs on.
Free plan · no card · 25 messages a month · cancel whenever
One paid plan, one dial
The free plan is a real plan, not a trial — enough to run one project properly, with no card and no countdown. Paid moves with the number of projects you put it on, and nothing else.

The ladder
Pro comes in 4 steps. Each one costs about 15% less per project than the step before it, so the more you put on it, the less each project costs.
| Projects | Per month | Per year | Per project, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 projects | $15 | $150 | $5.00 |
| 7 projects | $30 | $300 | $4.29 |
| 15 projects | $55 | $550 | $3.67 |
| 31 projects | $95 | $950 | $3.06 |
Yearly is the price of 10 months for 12, so 2 months are free. Shown in US dollars for the country you are browsing from, and excluding VAT.
The rules
Past 25 messages a month, the free plan keeps the rest.
The inbox tells you how many are waiting, and upgrading releases them all. The visitor sees “Sent” either way.
A project has 1 place to collect from on the free plan, a website or an app.
Pro gives it up to 3: a website and both apps, or the same website under another ending and a staging address.
Subdomains come with the domain, and localhost is never counted.
A project beyond your plan’s limit is paused, never deleted.
You choose which ones keep collecting, and what a paused project already collected stays readable and exportable.
While Stripe retries a failed payment, your account keeps its plan.
Questions
Yes. You get 1 project and 25 messages a month, every month, with no card and no end date.
It includes screenshots, console errors, failed requests, your own questions, a daily email digest, your accent colour and the widget in 5 languages.
The widget shows “Powered by Two Cents”, which Pro removes.
The rest are kept. The visitor still sees “Sent”, the inbox tells you how many are waiting, and upgrading to Pro releases them all at once.
One product, with everything that collects feedback for it: a website, an iOS app, an Android app, or a mix of them.

Pro gives it up to 3: a website and both apps, or the same website under another ending and a staging address. Subdomains come with the domain, and localhost is never counted.
Count the websites and pick the step. 3 websites cost €12 a month, which is €4.00 a project. 10 websites fit the 15-project step at €44 a month, which is €2.93 a project.
They all land in one inbox, behind one login.
A year costs 10 months for 12, so 2 months are free. For 3 projects that is €120 a year instead of €144.
The extra ones are paused, never deleted. You choose which projects keep collecting, and what a paused project already collected stays readable and exportable. Upgrade, and they collect again.
No. VAT is added at your own country’s rate, and a business in the EU with a VAT number is reverse-charged and pays the price shown. Invoices come from Stripe.
Outside Europe the same steps are sold in dollars, at $15, $30, $55 and $95 a month, with sales tax added only where it applies.

There is one login per account. A team follows along through email, and through Slack, Discord or Microsoft Teams on Pro. The free plan sends a daily digest, and Pro sends each message the moment it lands.
Whenever you like, from your account. While Stripe retries a failed card, your account keeps its plan.
