Both attach a screenshot and the visitor's browser. Two Cents also sends the errors from the browser's console with every bug report, so “the form doesn't work” arrives with the reason it didn't.

Messages and screenshots are stored in France. The widget sets no cookies and follows no one, so it adds nothing to your cookie banner. Feedback Fish's privacy policy says its data is processed in the United States.
Feedback Fish offers three choices: issue, idea, other. Two Cents has bug, idea, question and review, plus the questions you write yourself, say on the pricing page or after checkout. In stealth mode there is no button at all, only the links you place.

In fairness
Feedback Fish's widget comes in far more languages. Two Cents speaks 5 for now.
Feedback Fish lets you invite people to a project. Two Cents has one login per account. The rest of a team follows along in Slack or Discord.
Feedback Fish ships React and Vue components and a WordPress plugin. Two Cents is one script tag, which works in all three but isn't a package.
Feedback Fish documents an endpoint you can post to from a form you build yourself. Two Cents has no public API yet.
Switching
Add your site's address. There's no card to enter and no trial to run out.
<script src="https://twocentsbox.com/twocents.js" data-twocents="pk_your_key" defer></script>It lands in your inbox with the page, the browser and the screen size. Add your own questions later, on the pages you wonder about.
There's no import, so your Feedback Fish messages stay with Feedback Fish. To run both for a while, put Two Cents in stealth mode. It then shows no button of its own, only the question links you place, and visitors never see two widgets.
Questions
Yes, for one site. You read 25 messages a month, every month, with screenshots, console errors and your own questions. Messages past that are kept, and you can read them once you upgrade.
Yes. It's one script tag, so it works on any site. In Next.js, add it with next/script. In React or Vue it goes in index.html, and on WordPress in your theme's header.
On servers in France. Two Cents is run from Belgium. The widget sets no cookies and stores nothing on your visitors' devices. It makes no request to anyone else either, so it adds nothing to your cookie banner.
Sites beyond the free plan are paused, never deleted. Everything they collected stays readable, and you can export it as CSV or JSON.
